Festival Management

Hertz So Good pulses at the hands of teens and young adults. It is a festival venue held at Shambala festival led by the youth, for the youth. HSG houses like-minded individuals with keen passion for the festival and creative industry. Its heart and soul resounds around providing opportunity and experience to unrepresented Under 23s.

Working with Hertz So Good has become a part of my soul. It introduced me to the power of communication, care and recognition as a young person learning what it is I want to do and where I excel. This is a community and a learning hub. Its nature is to continue passing the torch, so as I manage this venue, I train up those in my crew to be the next core managers facilitating this space for their peers.
